Rebuscode is the preferred vendor for the big 4 research companies, namely Ipsos, Kantar, GfK and Neilson, along with working with a number of other market research companies across the world.

Meet the founders

CEO at Numr CXM. He has been in the CX field for the last 20 years. He has worked extensively in the US, UK and India across multiple organizations optimizing their CX initiatives. In 2018, he co-founded Numr with the aim of enhancing CX experiences using omni channel customer voice and AI analytics. Amitayu has an MBA from Case University, Cleveland.
Amitayu Basu
CEO
Chief Technical Officer at Numr CXM. He co-founded Numr and has been been a visionary in the CX field. With a deep technical architectural background, he has pioneered cloud based AI in CX solutions. He was instrumental in setting up the customer service systems for Orange Telecom in the UK along with a host of other enterprise solutions. Samudra has an MBA from Warwick University UK.
